NAPEO

NCCI
The National Council on Compensation Insurance (NCCI) is the largest provider of information regarding workers compensation insurance in the nation. They are a nonprofit entity and provide analytical information to all carriers and determine work comp experience modification factors for employers. NAIC
The National Association of Insurance Commissioners is current working on a Model Law for PEOs- Professional Employer Organizations. This law will establish clear cut rules and regulations for PEOs as well as establish state guidelines for implementing the PEO Model Law. Visit NAIC on PEOs.
